LifeForte™ Coaching and Consulting Ltd. Last updated 25 October 2026.

In short. We collect only what we need to give you what you asked for, such as a free resource, a session or a service. We do not sell your data. We email you about our work only if you agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

1. Who we are

This notice explains how LifeForte™ Coaching and Consulting Ltd (“LifeForte”, “we”, “us”) uses your personal data. We are the data controller. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16932978, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, and we are a subsidiary of LifeForte Group Holdings Ltd. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number A1127562.

2. What this notice covers

It covers our websites, forms, self assessments, free resources, webinars and events, coaching and consulting services, and the emails and messages we send. It applies whether you reach us directly or through an event organiser or partner. If a particular offer needs extra detail, we will say so at the point you sign up.

3. What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email address, country, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number; your university, year of study, employer, role or sector; the answers you give in forms, self assessments and diagnostics; and anything you tell us in messages (including WhatsApp), bookings or calls.
  • What we collect as you use our emails and sites: whether you open or click our emails, the pages you visit, and basic device and browser information.
  • Payments: if you buy from us, the payment is handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your contact details, not your full card number.
  • Recordings: we record webinars and sessions. We tell you before we start recording and explain why.
  • Your feedback: comments, reviews and survey answers you choose to give us.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with organisations that help us run our work, and only as far as they need to. These include our email platform (MailerLite), Google (for email, files, calendar and video meetings), our payment and checkout providers (such as Stripe and Selar), our booking tool (Calendly), WhatsApp (for messages with clients and enquirers), AI tools (see section 10), and professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers. They act on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

If we run an event with a partner or organiser, we may receive an attendee list from them, or give them a list of people who asked for a resource. We will only do this as we have told you, and each organisation will look after the data it holds.

6. Transfers outside your country

Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK and Nigeria, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where we send data abroad, we rely on an adequacy decision or approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. We then keep a minimal record so we do not email you again.
  • Event and resource registrants who never engage: 24 months after the last interaction.
  • Clients and purchasers: 6 years after the end of the engagement, for tax and accounting records.
  • Session recordings: 12 months unless we tell you otherwise.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, move it to another provider, or stop using it for marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, email us at the address in section 11. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you live in Nigeria, you can contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.

9. Nigeria

Where we handle the data of people in Nigeria, we also follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. The rights in section 8 apply to you in the same way.

10. Age, AI, security and cookies

  • Age: our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, please tell us and we will delete it.
  • AI tools: we may use AI tools to analyse comments and feedback you give us, so that we can refine our products and services. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Self assessments give you a score to help you reflect, and a person, not the score, decides what we offer you. If you do not want your feedback used this way, tell us and we will leave it out.
  • Client files and security: client files are confidential. We keep them in secure cloud folders and use them only to deliver and improve our services to you.
  • Cookies: our websites run on MailerLite, which sets the cookies needed for the site and forms to work and collects basic visit statistics. We do not add advertising or separate analytics cookies of our own. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
